This project highlights the training environment inside the Berrien High School football weight room. The video combines cinematic footage and player interviews to give an inside look at the work being put in during the offseason.

The footage was filmed as part of a larger documentary project focused on the Berrien football program. Additional coverage, including footage from the upcoming spring game, will be included in the full documentary release.
